1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the XoTogel platform — whether through the official website, mobile app, or any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately. XoTogel reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the member's responsibility to review the latest terms.

These terms apply to all services provided by XoTogel including, but not limited to, togel games, Live Casino, online slots, sports betting, and all account functions such as deposits, withdrawals, and promotional programmes.

2 Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the XoTogel platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

3 Registration & Account Verification (KYC)

Documents that may be requested during the KYC process include:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months)

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

5 Withdrawal of Wins

Eligible members may request a withdrawal at any time through the withdrawal section in their account. The minimum withdrawal is RM50 and will be processed to the bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the XoTogel account.

• Verified withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during normal operating hours.
• Your first withdrawal requires KYC verification to be fully completed before it can be processed.
• XoTogel reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits as a fraud prevention measure.
• Bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn — only eligible funds (Withdrawable Balance) may be processed for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods that differ from the one used for the deposit.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by XoTogel are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on each promotion's respective page. General conditions applicable to all promotions are as follows:

• Each member is eligible to claim each type of promotion only once unless it is stated as a recurring promotion (weekly, monthly).
• Rollover is a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable funds.
• Not all games contribute equally to the rollover requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, while certain table games may have different contribution rates.
• Bonuses that expire without the rollover requirement being fulfilled will be automatically forfeited without notice.

7 General Game Rules

All games on the XoTogel platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system verified by an independent body. All game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a significant technical malfunction.

• In the event of a technical disruption affecting game results, XoTogel reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the member's account balance.
• Any attempt to exploit technical bugs, system vulnerabilities, or use unauthorised assistance software is a serious violation that may result in immediate account suspension.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in cases specified under the relevant game terms (such as the Cash Out feature for sports betting).
• Any outcome resulting from a technical error (e.g., incorrect odds due to a system error) is subject to recalculation by XoTogel.

8 Prohibitions & Prohibited Conduct

• Money laundering — using the platform to transfer or conceal proceeds from illegal activities

• Use of any automated software, bots, scripts, or unauthorised tools to access or automate activities on the platform
• Threats, harassment, or abusive language directed at support staff or other members

9 Account Security & Password

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. XoTogel recommends the following practices to protect your account:

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols with a minimum length of 8 characters
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings for an added layer of security
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members

• Notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account

XoTogel shall not be liable for any losses arising from a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials. The platform protects all data using 256-bit SSL encryption.

10 Account Suspension, Closure & Limits

XoTogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious behaviour
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated period
• Member-initiated requests for responsible gaming purposes (self-exclusion)
• Instructions from the relevant authorities

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so via account settings or by contacting customer support. Any eligible funds in the account balance will be processed for withdrawal upon verification, provided there are no active term violations.

11 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

• XoTogel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
